Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.You will receive and email or SMS from our operation manager to notify you of the delivery including tracking number.
Shipping Rates
A standard flat rate of EGP 100 is applied to all orders for EGYPT.In-atlier pick up
You can skip shipping fees and make reservation with deposit 50% of item . We ask that you collect your items within 7 days of purchase. You item will be ready for collection within 1 day of order.Collection can be made Monday – Saturday 10am till 5pm. Please bring a copy of your confirmation email on arrival.
